Thanksgiving Place Cards
Using Joy Clair Stamps and Therm O Web Foils
Falling in Love with these beautiful, elegant, Thanksgiving place cards I created using a couple of the newest Joy Clair stamps and Therm O Web foils and toner sheets. Catch all of the designers’ projects by visiting the Joy Clair blog (HERE).
Stamp Sets Used:
Start by stamping the leaves onto vellum using embossing ink and then heat embossing with gold powder. It is the most magical sight to watch!
Then, using your Gina K. Foil Mates and gold foil, create your background. You can use a simple home laminator if you have one.
Next, cut a sheet of white corrugated paper to the size that you’d like your place cards to be, and fold in half so that it stands. Cut your foiled background paper a bit smaller and your vellum sheet a tad smaller than that.
Using a die cut that says “thankful” or “blessed” create your saying with some gold sparkly paper. Die cut small black rectangles and adhere behind the words.
Layer your paper as shown to create your elegant Thanksgiving place cards. Instead of your words “Thankful” and “Blessed” you can die cut each persons name to place on them. These are so simple to make, but will make such an impact on your Thanksgiving table.
I’d love to see what you create for Thanksgiving using your Joy Clair Stamps!
